If you’ve had a seamless, stress-free experience at our office, you likely have our office manager, Tina, to thank.  With over 35 years of experience in dentistry, Tina is an absolute expert at managing the administrative side of oral healthcare.  She loves connecting with patients and goes above and beyond to help them navigate, understand, and maximize their dental benefits.  Finding someone with her unique blend of administrative expertise and genuine empathy is rare, and our office is incredibly lucky to have her on our team.

Meet Laini, a vital business team member who keeps our office smiling.  If you hear a warm, infectious laugh echoing through our office, it is definitely coming from her!
When she isn't helping our patients, Laini loves listening to country music, spending time with her husband and two older children, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers (even deep in Bears country).  She is fortunate enough to be retiring young and in the near future, and she is already excited to trade the big city for a peaceful, "Andy Griffith" style small town.  We are so lucky to have Laini’s bright, vibrant energy in our office every day!

‍Vanessa brings double the energy to our practice, splitting her time between clinical assisting and helping our business team keep everything running smoothly.  Known for her quick wit and infectious laugh, she loves making patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home from the moment they walk through our doors.  Outside the office, Vanessa is married and managing the beautiful chaos of raising three teenage daughters.  She is fueled almost entirely by family time, fun, and a Dunkin’ iced coffee that is permanently attached to her hand.

Yanett is the heartbeat of our practice, always ready to step up and ensure that every part of our office runs seamlessly.  Known for wearing many hats, she balances administrative operations, patient support, and behind-the-scenes logistics with effortless grace and a warm smile.  Beyond keeping our daily clinic operations running smoothly, Yanett is also the creative voice behind our social media channels.  She loves connecting with our community online, sharing dental health tips, and giving our patients a peek into the fun, friendly culture of our office. Whether she is helping you at the front desk, supporting our clinical team, or capturing a moment for our Instagram page, Yanett is dedicated to making every patient’s experience exceptional.

‍We are incredibly proud to welcome Alma to the pulp&dentin team!  An absolute natural in her field, Alma has quickly stepped into the role of Dr. Renieris’s indispensable right hand. Her exceptional technical skill, unmatched efficiency, and genuine passion for patient care elevate our practice every single day.  Whether she is seamlessly anticipating the next step in a procedure or keeping our patients completely relaxed and comfortable, her dedication ensures our clinical team runs flawlessly.  Outside the office, Alma channels that same boundless energy and warmth into her favorite role of all, being a mom to her energetic young son.

Chase earned his degree from the University of Iowa and brings a wealth of expertise—and Hawkeye pride—to our dental family. He is deeply passionate about dental hygiene and truly loves coming to work every day to help his patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. When he isn't providing top-notch care at pulp&dentin, you can usually find him cheering on the Chicago Bears or diving into the world of personal finance and investing. If you want to talk football stats or discuss market strategies during your next cleaning, he's your guy!

Christian earned his dental hygiene degree from the University of Oklahoma, bringing a strong foundation of clinical excellence to the team at pulp&dentin.  He loves connecting with patients and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles in a comfortable environment.  Beyond providing top-tier patient care, Christian acts as the office’s resident tech expert, always eager to help the team navigate new digital tools and streamline day-to-day operations.  Feel free to share your own tech hobbies with Christian at your next appointment.
